Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within New Zealand. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the selected shipping method. You will be able to see the total shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of purchase. Bubskart is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize there is an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order.
